What We Do (4-Layer Execution)

1) On-Floor Rollout (Enforcement)
We verify your SOP-Lite standards are followed during real shifts. We correct errors on the spot, remove bottlenecks, and prevent “back to old habits.”

2) Customer Experience Control
We coach staff behavior and service consistency: greeting, consultation flow, professionalism, and complaint handling—so every guest receives a consistent standard.

3) Hygiene & Compliance Discipline (Dubai-Aligned Readiness)
We reinforce sanitation routines, waste segregation practices, and daily logs to keep operations organized and inspection-ready (without unrealistic “guarantee” claims).

4) KPI Tracking & Owner Reporting
Weekly review of the KPIs that protect profit: service time, rework rate, product/consumables control, laundry/DEWA drivers, hygiene completion. You receive a short Owner Report: what improved, what slipped, and what we fix next week.
